The Conversify Affiliate Program: 25% Recurring Commission for 12 Months

How the Conversify affiliate program works: 25% of every payment for a customer's first 12 months, 90-day cookie plus a no-expiry coupon code, monthly payouts from $50, and the terms stated plainly.

If you run a newsletter, an agency, a podcast, or any audience made of small business owners, you have probably been pitched a dozen affiliate programs that pay 30% of a $19 ebook. This one is different in a boring but useful way: Conversify is a subscription, so a commission is not a one-time cut of a small sale. It repeats every month the customer stays.

Here is exactly how the Conversify affiliate program works, including the parts that cost us money to be honest about.

What you would be promoting

Conversify is an AI receptionist for small service businesses. It answers WhatsApp, Instagram, and email around the clock, books appointments into the owner's Google Calendar, sends reminders, and takes card payments in chat. A salon owner uses it the way a clinic uses a front desk: it answers questions, books the appointment, and follows up, in English or Spanish.

Plans run from $29 to $999 per month, and every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. That trial matters for you as an affiliate: people can try the product before they decide, which is why trial-to-paid conversion is the only conversion that pays.

The commission: 25% of every payment for 12 months

You earn 25% of every payment a referred customer makes during their first 12 months as a paying customer. Upgrades count too. If someone starts on the $29 Starter plan and moves to $89 Growth in month four, your commission follows the plan they are actually on.

A few real numbers:

  • A customer on Starter ($29/month) earns you $87 over their first year.

  • A customer on Growth ($89/month) earns you $267.

  • A customer on Pro ($199/month) earns you $597.

There is no cap on referred customers and no cap on earnings. The 12-month window is per customer: after it closes, you keep everything you were paid and future payments stop, with nothing clawed back.

You earn the commission on the day a referral converts from trial to paid. If a referral never converts, you earn nothing - we do not pay for signups, only for revenue.

Every affiliate gets two things.

First, a tracking link with a 90-day cookie. The cookie follows the last click, and on top of the cookie, checkout itself carries the referral ID through Stripe, so attribution survives even when a customer's browser blocks cookies.

Second, a personal coupon code. The code never expires. If someone hears about you, searches for your name, and types your code at checkout instead of clicking your link, the commission is still yours. Podcasters and YouTubers know why this matters: a listener will not always have your link handy, but they will remember a short code.

Getting paid

Commissions are paid monthly, via PayPal or Wise, once the balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.

Two honest details:

  • A 45-day pending period. Every commission is held for 45 days before it becomes payable. If a referral gets a refund or a payment is charged back inside that window, the commission is reduced or cancelled automatically. After 45 days, the commission is yours even if the customer cancels later.

  • You keep what you were paid. If a customer cancels in month seven, you keep the six months of commission you earned. There is no clawback for customers who simply leave.

The rules that protect the program

Four terms, stated plainly:

1. No self-referrals through your own link - with one exception: agencies and consultants can use their own link for a client account, as long as the client pays with their own payment method.
2. No bidding on our brand terms ("Conversify", "conversify.app", or misspellings of them) in search ads. Your own content, social media, and email list traffic is exactly what we want.
3. No spam. No unsolicited bulk messaging. We build an AI messaging product ourselves; we notice spam, and it closes the account.
4. Rates can change with 30 days' notice, but never retroactively - commissions already pending stay at the rate you joined on.

Who this actually suits

The program fits anyone whose audience owns or runs a small service business:

  • Marketing agencies and freelancers who already set up tools for clients. A booked calendar and an answered inbox is an easy recommendation, and the agency exception means you can put your own clients on it legitimately.

  • Newsletter and blog writers covering small business software, local marketing, or AI tools. The demo bot does the product demo for you - your reader can message a live AI receptionist before signing up.

  • Podcast and video creators in the Spanish-speaking business space. The product speaks Spanish natively, and the coupon code solves the "I heard this on a podcast" attribution problem.

  • Local business communities and associations where owners ask each other for tool recommendations.

How to apply

The application lives at conversify.app/affiliates. It asks who you are, how you reach business owners, and (optionally) a link to your site or channel. Most applications are reviewed automatically, so your tracking link usually arrives by email within minutes.

You do not need to be a Conversify customer. Questions before applying go to affiliates@conversify.app.

The short version: 25% of every payment for a customer's first 12 months, a 90-day cookie plus a no-expiry coupon code, monthly payouts at $50 minimum, and terms written to be read. If your audience is small business owners, this earns more per signup than almost anything else you could recommend them.
