Conversify uses third-party service providers (subprocessors) to deliver our services. We require all subprocessors to meet appropriate security and privacy standards. We provide 30 days’ advance notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

What this list covers: every provider that processes customer message content, business data, or personal data on Conversify’s behalf. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement that includes GDPR Article 28 processing terms, confidentiality, and deletion obligations when the engagement ends. Message delivery through WhatsApp runs on Meta’s Business API infrastructure, and AI-generated responses are produced by our AI subprocessors under terms that prohibit using your data to train their models.
We review this list at least quarterly and whenever our architecture changes. If a provider fails a security review, it is replaced before new data flows to it, and customers subscribed to notifications are told what changed and why.

Changes to This List
We may update this list when we add, replace, or remove subprocessors. We will notify customers by email at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing data, giving you the opportunity to object or terminate the service.
